Arthur D. Little was featured in an article about smart technology and the advances made in information and communication technology. The results found in Ericsson’s Networked Society Index indicated that cities with higher ICT maturity tended to deal with public security, environmental, infrastructure, healthcare quality, and education issues more easily. This, along with other plans to cut carbon emissions and so forth, are all factors in the plan to transform the city’s landscape.
