Say Communications have unveiled an exciting new initiative by the Infant & Toddler Forum, to help parents and carers who look after toddlers. Ten Steps for Healthy Toddlers is an easy-to-use guide on what food to offer toddlers, what behaviour to encourage and how best to manage mealtimes.
The Infant & Toddler Forum is a group of paediatricians, dietitians, health visitors and psychologists who work together on child nutrition issues.
The Ten Steps are freely available on the parent and nursery website www.littlepeoplesplates.co.uk. Healthcare professionals should visit www.infantandtoddlerforum.org.
